Ernesto Pedroza – President/CEO
An entrepreneur in every sense of the word, Ernesto Pedroza has been fueling incredible growth in Alta Vista. Ernesto drives the culture of Alta Vista with his youthful enthusiasm and relentless energy. Ernesto’s role to ensure the balance of serving the customer today while improving the value proposition for both the customer and Alta Vista in the future. Ernesto has been focused on achievement throughout his career and ensures that the Alta Vista team is challenged to continuously improve both our systems and service offerings. All of this is done with one goal in mind; providing the customer and Alta Vista employees with the best possible experience while conducting their business.
Ernesto also believes in giving back to the community. Ernesto has received various awards for his charitable contributions. For instance, in 2004, he received the Gift of Hope Echo of Life award for his dedication and support of the cause. In 2005, he received the Chancellor’s Circle award from LINC TELACU, for his support and dedication to the organization. In November of 2009, the Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce named Ernesto as their HISPANIC BUSINESS PERSON OF THE YEAR, an organization of which he is an active member. He also serves as member of the board of directors at the Big Shoulders Fund. In August of 2010, Ernesto was accepted into The nextONE Business Accelerator Program which is a joint venture between the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and the Chicago Urban League. The program was designed to provide the foundation to produce exponential growth of high-potential minority entrepreneurs. Several times, he was featured in the business section of HOY ® newspaper and has appeared on business segments for Telemundo, ABC, FOX and NBC
Jenny Cruz - COO
Jenny M. Cruz-Pedroza, General Counsel of Alta Vista Graphic Corporation, has been with the company since 2008. She has been licensed to practice law in Illinois since 2001 and has been admitted before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
A graduate of The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, Illinois, Jenny has several years of intellectual property experience from her work as an associate in a Chicago trademark boutique firm. Jenny’s practice focused on Intellectual Property prosecution in the area of trademarks and related matters, such as, licensing, domain names and unfair competition.
Jenny also has experience in general practice matters as she was the principal of her own law firm. Jenny gained invaluable experience working as a sole practitioner with a focus in areas such as residential and commercial real estate as well as several family law matters.
Currently, as General Counsel for Alta Vista, she is able to use her expertise in the company’s corporate and employment matters. She is instrumental in overseeing compliance and maintenance of various certifications. In addition, she consults with the President of the company regarding the implementation of company policies as well as strategic planning.
Beyond her capacity at the company as General Counsel, Jenny is currently on the Board of Directors of an organization called the Latin United Community Housing Association.
Kathy Boedeker – Business Development
Kathy Boedeker is an accomplished Sales Executive with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience, focusing on the print industry for the past 12 years in various positions including managing print production projects from concept through fulfillment. In 2005, Kathy joined Alta Vista and has been responsible for maintaining client relationships through sales and service, for companies ranging from mid-market to fortune 500’s.
Absalom Saucedo – Production Specialist
Absalom Saucedo brings a wealth on experience in the print, data and direct mail areas. He is responsible for ensuring all the moving parts of your project are executed with out flaw. Absalom has been part of the Alta Vista team since 2005.
Andrea Lebron – Production Coordinator
Andrea Lebron is the core of the execution process at Alta Vista. Andrea is responsible for the coordination of your project. Andrea has been part of the Alta Vista team since 2004.
Javier Alatorre – Creative Services
Javier Alatorre is an experience graphic designer with a versatile ability to bring your ideas to life. Javier has been with Alta Vista since 2003.
